How does Zoë work?
When giving you an energy therapy session I start by tuning into your energy field. You will be fully clothed with your shoes off, lying down, sitting or standing while I work to identify then take away the blockages in your auric field. During this time I will be focused on your energy which gives you an opportunity to relax and even drift off. Prior to starting I will explain what a session entails and if and where I might need to touch the body. We will also discuss what you may feel. After the session we will discuss your experience.
