Diet
Everybody understands the importance of both diet and exercise. Eating a healthy diet and taking some exercise boosts your energy levels. Eat the best quality, freshest food you can. For specific advice contact a qualified nutritionist or naturopath.
Exercise
Exercise is different for everybody. For some it's running a marathon and for others, it’s choosing to walk rather than take the car. All exercise, particularly stretching, stimulates the body’s energy system. Most people I help simply need to move more. I often recommend people to wear a pedometer. Wear it for one week and write down your daily number of steps each night. At the end of the week find your daily average (each day’s amount added together then divided by seven) and look to increase what you do on a daily basis.
For fitness or body sculpting consider joining a gym or hiring a personall trainer. You’ll find details of personal trainers at your local gym. Be aware that many are self employed and some can come to your home. Fitness centres such as *The Club in Edinburgh specialise in in-house personal training. There's certainly no shortage of personal trainers in Australia!
Some people experience‘the zone’ when exercising. This is when the body and mind unite to create an altered state of consciousness. This is a form of meditation but not everyone experiences this. If you do then know you are using three of the health tools at once.
Some forms of
martial arts and yoga target the energy system as well
as the body. I cannot speak highly enough of the benefits
of Hatha Yoga in particular. As well being a form of exercise,
it also works to open up and clear your chakras.
It usually incorporates meditation, breathwork and exercise
making it an option that incorporates many of the health
tools at one time. To find a teacher in the UK and Scotland:

Australia has a number of web directories including this one:

Please note that some yoga teachers specialise in “remedial”
yoga, meaning that it is suitable for those with certain
types of illnesses or disability. Similarly some personal
trainers, such as those at The Club in Edinburgh, are
experienced in working with people with or recovering
from illness.
