I work with you. We begin by establishing what it is you want help with. I'll also "read" your energy field. The knowledge you give me, together with the insights & understanding I receive from your energy field, gives us a great opportunity to discuss how we can best work together.
There are a great number of tools and methodologies we can use to help you achieve energetic harmony. Teaching and coaching in the principles of energy will be involved. So will exploration of your relationship to what it is you wish help with. Further to this tailored tools and techniques will be given to help you positively impact your energies in everyday life. We may also utilize flower essences, Bio-energy Therapy, Reiki or even insights from your "helpers" upstairs- whatever best suits you and your belief system. Regardless of how we work my focus is to help facilitate the answers and healing which are already within you, whether you can feel them or not.
Harmony between yourself and your life automatically promotes deep healing, transformation and allows you to experience peace, happiness and a sense of self fulfillment.
