Benevolent spiritual forces work with everyone here on earth. A range of spiritual helpers help and support you and every aspect of your life. We sometimes call these "helpers" our angels or guides.

I am lucky enough to be able to bring through their messages to help guide and reassure you.

I do this by going into a meditative state and asking them to join us. They will then use my voice to speak with you directly, talk with you and answer your questions.

This process can be called "channeling". It can be done in person or over the phone. During some readings loved ones who have passed over may also share their messages with you too.

Your guides and angels are with you. You are able to speak with them in your mind or out loud. Know that you are always heard and understood.They communicate back to you via your feelings and bring help into your physical world when you need it.
